个人简介
刘水平,工学博士,副教授,。科技部评审专家。先后主持完成国家“863”子课题1项,国家重点研发计划子课题1项;横向到账经费150余万元;发表论文30余篇,其中SCI/EI收录20余篇;授权发明专利45件。
