2001-2004 分别在民营和合资企业从事研发等工作
2004年-至今 盐城工学院纺织服装学院工作,2006-2015期间担任轻化工程专业系主任
2010.9-2015.6 苏州大学纺织化学与染整工程专业,工学博士学位
2019.1-2019.12 美国康奈尔大学纤维科学与服装设计系访问学者
